Purposes of processing
Personal data are processed exclusively for purposes connected with the contractualisation of the service provided by the Data Controller.
Legal basis
The legal basis that makes the processing of personal data lawful is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the performance of the contract to which the Customer is a party.
Categories of personal data
The personal data processed consist of identification and contact data.
Retention period
10 years from the termination of any contractual relationship entered into.
Nature of the provision of data
Failure to provide personal data will make it impossible to carry out the activities preparatory to the conclusion and performance of the contract.
Categories of recipients
In relation to the indicated processing purposes, your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:
- internal personnel of the Data Controller authorised to process such data;
- third-party companies designated, pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation, as Data Processors;
- entities that may access the data by virtue of legal, regulatory or EU-law provisions, within the limits laid down by such provisions.
Transfer outside the EU
No transfer of your personal data to recipients located outside the EU is envisaged.
Rights of the data subject
The Customer may exercise the rights provided for by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, briefly summarised below:
- right of access by the data subject, namely the possibility of being informed about the processing carried out on their personal data and, where applicable, requesting a copy thereof;
- right to rectification of their personal data, in order to request and obtain the amendment of inaccurate or outdated personal data;
- right to erasure/right to be forgotten, namely the possibility of requesting and obtaining the erasure of their personal data;
- right to restriction of processing, in order to obtain the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by the same article.
The above rights may be exercised by sending an email to privacy@muleml.com. In the event that the rights are exercised, where applicable, the Data Controller shall inform the recipients to whom the Customer’s personal data have been disclosed of any rectifications, erasures or restrictions of processing requested, where this is possible. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the information notices. Any changes will be published on this page and communicated to users by appropriate means.
